feat: ENG-BUG-REPORTER-004 — Report submission and floating UI 5496cc92fc

fix: allow esbuild install script in pnpm-workspace.yaml ... 45cec15f3d

Sets allowBuilds.esbuild to true so pnpm install succeeds in Docker
and other clean environments (pnpm 11 requires explicit opt-in for
package post-install scripts).

fix: copy pnpm-workspace.yaml before pnpm install in Dockerfile ... 9eb78736db

Without pnpm-workspace.yaml present during install, the allowBuilds
config for esbuild is missing and the install script is blocked.
