Adds AGENTS.md -> CLAUDE.md relative symlink so Codex and opencode (which read AGENTS.md) resolve the same repo context as Claude Code (which reads CLAUDE.md). Mechanical, no code change. Part of a fleet-wide cross-harness context-invariance sweep.
