fix: copy pnpm-workspace.yaml in Dockerfile for esbuild allowBuilds ... 2b8236038c

The pnpm-workspace.yaml added in this branch enables esbuild's
postinstall script via allowBuilds. Without it in the Docker layer,
pnpm install --frozen-lockfile blocks esbuild and the build fails.
