Automated fix for ENG-BUG-REPORTER-010.

Fix TypeScript build errors from cross-module integration of all 8 SDK modules (error buffer, network interceptor, report UI, screenshot, Jam detect, action logger, metadata). Consolidate barrel file exports in src/index.ts and src/capture/index.ts. Bump version from 0.0.1 to 0.1.0. Verify pnpm build completes with zero errors and tsc --noEmit passes. Spec at docs/architecture/specs/v01-publish-integration-test.md.
