pnpm 11 requires explicit allowlisting of packages with postinstall
build scripts. Add pnpm-workspace.yaml with allowBuilds.esbuild=true
and update Dockerfile to include it before pnpm install runs.

fix: replace html2canvas with html-to-image for oklch color support ... f2f4fc1cec

html2canvas v1.4.x crashes on oklch() CSS colors (Tailwind v4 / shadcn default).
html-to-image uses SVG foreignObject — browser handles CSS natively, no parsing.

Also moves screenshot dep from peer to bundled (42KB vs 200KB).

Bumps to v0.4.0.
